I first came across Phil Collins when he was sitting at the back of the stage as Peter Gabriel demanded everyone’s attention with his amazing theatrical performance.

Who would have thought at that time that Mr Collins would go on to front the same band for many years to great acclaim and to go on to have an amazing solo career.

Genesis, one of the original supergroups, have produced a vast catalouge of music since their first album, ‘From Genesis to Revelation’ released in 1969. The line up has gone through a few changes which have resulted in new styles however the original sound has always remained. A fantastic live band both in the early theatrical Peter Gabriel phase and later with Phil Collins coming out from behind the drums. Difficult to choose a best 10 from all the great tracks but here goes…
